1. About This Service

Remember Me Interviews provides a personal interview service where individuals are filmed sharing their life stories. The service includes interviewing, recording, editing, and delivering the finished video to the client.

Remember Me Interviews is operated by a single individual and does not outsource, sell, or publish client content.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is extremely important.

• All interviews, recordings, and personal information are kept private

• Your story, footage, and personal details will never be shared, sold, published or used for marketing without your explicit written permission

• Footage is only accessed for the purpose of editing and delivery

• No customer information is shared with third parties

3. Ownership of Footage

• Once payment is received in full, the client owns the final edited interview video

• Remember Me Interviews retains no ownership rights over the story or content

• Raw footage may be temporarily retained for editing and backup purposes and may be deleted after delivery unless otherwise agreed

4. Payment

• A $500 deposit is required to book the Interview service. This covers all of the aspects of the Interview day such as time, travel and recording. This is fully refundable if the Interview is canceled by the day before the Recording session.

• Full payment is required before final delivery of the edited interview

5. Delivery

• The finished interview will be delivered in the agreed digital format

• Delivery timeframes are discussed prior to filming and may vary depending on editing complexity

• Reasonable revisions may be offered

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information when booking

• Attend the interview at the agreed time and location

• Obtain consent from any additional participants appearing in the interview

7. Limitation of Liability

Remember Me Interviews is not responsible for:

• Emotional reactions to personal storytelling

• Technical issues outside reasonable control (e.g. equipment failure, data loss due to unforeseen circumstances)

• How the client chooses to use or share their interview after delivery

Nothing in these terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Interviews may be rescheduled with reasonable notice

• Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit

• Remember Me Interviews reserves the right to cancel due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control, with a full refund of any payments made

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
